يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ وَ سَلَّمْ دَائِماً أَبَداً
O My Lord send blessing and peace,
always and forever
عَلَى النَّبِيِّ وَ أَهْلِ البَيْتِ كُلِّهِم
On the Prophet and his household, all of them
دَعْنِي وَ مَدْحِي لَهُمْ دَعْنِي وَحُبَّهُمُو
Leave me and my praise of them
leave me with their love
وَقِفْ مَعِي يَا عَذُولِي عِنْدَ بَابِهِم
Stand with me, o critic, at their door
الطَّاهِرُونَ وَأَهْلُ اللَّهِ مَنْ شَهِدَتْ
The pure ones and the people of Allah are those who
لِقَدْرِهِمْ سُورَةُ الْأَحْزَابِ بِالعِظَمِ
Surah al-Ahzab testifies to their worth and greatness
اللَّهُ طَهَّرَهُمْ مِنْ كُلِّ حَادِثَةٍ
Allah purified them from every impurity
هُمْ شَمْسُ دِينٍ فَلَمْ تُدْرَكْ وَ لَمْ تُرَمِ
They are the Sun of the religion
beyond comprehension or blame
هُمُ الْكِرَامُ فَلَا تَنْسَى كَرَامَتَهُمْ
They are the nobles so do not forget their nobility
أَيَّامُهُمْ أَشْرَقَتْ مِنْ حُسْنِ فِعْلِهِم
Their days shine from the beauty of the actions
أَبْنَاءُ فَاطِمَةَ الزَّهَرَاءِ كَمْ سَعِدَت
The Children of Fatima, al-Zahra
how many made happy
بِحُبِّهِم أُمَمٌ أَعْظِمْ بِحُبِّهِم
By loving them, nations made great by loving them
فَالدُّرُّ مِنْ حَسَنٍ جَاءَتْ مَحَاسِنُهُ
Like pearls from Hasan, his virtues manifest
وَ مِنْ حُسَيْنٍ ضِيَاءُ البَرْقِ فِي الظُّلَمِ
And from Husayn like a flash of lightning in the darkness
مَاذَا أَقُولُ وَ مَدْحُ اللَّهِ يُخْجِلُنِي
What can I say While the praise of Allah
puts me to shame
فِي هَلْ أَتَى قَدْ أَتَى يُنْبِي بِقَدْرِهِم
in the chapter "Has there not come" inform of their worth
آيَاتُ رَبِّي بِإِخْلَاصٍ لَهُمْ شَهِدَتْ
Verses of my Lord testifying sincerely for them
وَأَنَّهُمْ فِي جِنَانِ الْخُلْدِ فِي نِعَمِ
That they are in the Gardens of Eternity with blessings
لَمْ تَأْتِ عِنْدَهُمُو شَمْسُ شَرَابُهُمُو
The sun will not come near them, their drink
مِنْ سَلْسَبِيلٍ فَوَاشَوْقِي لِشُرْبِهِم
Is from Salsabil, how I long for their drink
دَامَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ خَالِقِنَا
Perpetually on them, from the Merciful, our Creator
فِي كُلِّ حِينٍ تَحِيَّاتُ بِخُلْدِهِم
Greetings at every moment, eternally
مُحَكَمَاتٌ بِأَيْدِيهِمْ سُيُوفُهُمُوا
Judgements in their hands, their swords
مِنَ الشَّجَاعَةِ وَالإِخْلَاصِ وَالهِمَمِ
Of bravery, sincerity, and high aspirations
مَا حُورُبَتْ قَطُّ إِلَّا كَانَ خَصْمُهُمُو
None ever oppose them except that their opponent
فِي أَسْفَلِ النَّارِ فِي دَرْكٍ لَدَى إِرَمِ
Is in the lowest depths of the Fire with the people of Iram
رَدَّتْ شَجَاعَتُهُمْ قَوْماً تُحَارِبُهُمْ
Their bravery repels the people fighting them
لَدَى حُنَيْنٍ لَدَى أُحُدٍ وَ بَدْرِهِم
At Hunayn, Uhud, and their Badr
أَكْرِمْ بِفَاطِمَةَ الزَّهْرَاءِ سَيِّدَتِي
How honorable is Fatima, al-Zahra, our Liege Lady
أَكْرِمْ بِأَوَّلِ مَنْ لَحِقَتْ بِخَيْرِهِم
How honorable is the first to meet the best of them
لَهَا مِنْ البَدْرِ حُبُّ وَهْيَ بِضْعَتُهُ
She has from the full moon a special love
and she is a piece of him
جَاءَتْ بِرَيْحَانَتَيْهِ مِنْ عَلَيْهِم
She brought forth his two sweet fragrances from their Ali
فَمَا تُعَدُّ وَلَا تُحْصَى فَضَابِلُهَا
There is no number or limit to her virtues
مِنْهَا الشَّمُوسُ الَّتِي فِي أَرْضِ مِصْرِهِم
From her are the Suns in the lands of Egypt
قَرَّتْ بِهَا عَيْنُ وَالِدِهَا وَكَانَ لَهُ
By her the eyes of her father are cooled and
حُبُّ لَهَا زَابِدٌ فِي القَدْرِ وَالقِيَمِ
The love he had for her increases in rank and value
فَزَيْنَبُ بِئْتُهَا تِلْكَ الَّتِي اشْتَهَرَتْ
Zaynab, her daughter, which is famous for
بِالجُودِ وَالحِلْمِ وَالإِعْطَاءِ وَ الكَرَمِ
Generosity, clemency, giving and nobility
إِنْ تَأْتِهَا زَابِراً لِلَّهِ مُحْتَسِباً
When you come, visiting for
the sake of Allah in anticipation of reward
نِلْتَ المُرَادَ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ فَالْتَزِمِ
You will receive what you want
by the permission of Allah so persist
كَأَنَّهَا جَنَّةُ الخُلْدِ الَّتِي اتَّصَفَتْ
It is as if she is the eternal Paradise which is described
بِكُلِّ مَا يُشْتَهَى مِنْ سَابِرِ النِّعَمِ
With everything which is desired from blessings
وكَالصِّرَاطِ لَهَا سَيْرٌ وَ مَعْدَلَةً
Like the Bridge she has progression and equity
لَا تَعْرِفُ الظُّلْمَ إِنَّ الظُّلْمَ لِلظُّلَمِ
Knowing no injustice, indeed oppression is for oppressors
لَا تَحْزَنَنْ لِلْأَعَادِى إِنْ أَتَوْا كَذِباً
Do no be sad due to the enemies when they come with lies
مِنْ بَعْدِ شُهْرَتِهَا فَاضْرِبْ بِقَوْلِهِم
After her renown, discard what they say
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ وَ سَلَّمْ دَائِماً أَبَداً
O My Lord send blessing and peace,
